After she was kidnapped, Alani vowed never to trust another man again. Still, something about this strong, sexy hero with the tender touch makes her want to believe him. As Jackson hunts down a mysterious intruder, he swears he’ll move heaven and earth to keep Alani safe. But what really happened that night? And will the truth bring them closer than they ever thought possible—or put Alani squarely in harm’s way again?
I have to admit that I do enjoy reading Ms. Foster. Her characters just come to life right off the pages. And I really appreciate how she writes series that you can jump right into the middle of and not feel as though you are missing anything. That is becoming a rare skill these days.
SAVOR THE DANGER is an enjoyable read. I did find it a little light on the edge of the seat tension that I usually find in romantic suspense. Instead it was a warm comforting book that is perfect brain candy on a cold rainy winter day. I would really rate it higher as good read except for the fact that it is billed as a romantic suspense and I found it to be light on the suspense.
I rate SAVOR THE DANGER a 3.5.
