Just once I would like to remember to take pictures of the beads before I use them. Or if I do take them, remember what they are for before I delete them. You guessed it. Yet again I don't have a before pic. Le sigh.
I can tell you that I recieved a gorgeous goodie bag from Lisa Lodge of Pine Ridge Treasures filled with crystals, glass pearls (my favs), and some pewter. And as always, she sent so much that I have a lot stashed to play with later. And I still made three necklaces.
In this first one, I used the light pink beads along with the butterflies from the kit and added in a focal that I picked up somewhere along the way. It has a very light and airy feeling to it.
In this next one, I knotted up some glass pearls from ZNetShows along with some purple matte glass beads. The colors remind me of spring flowers with a touch of elegance from the pearls.
And this last one has to be one of my favorites. With raspberry glass pearls and plum crystals, we are getting into the stronger pink colors that I like. And of course I had to add a touch of spring with the flower focal.
Now since there is a blog hop (and hopefully someone took some before pics of the beads we received) be sure to check out the eye candy of the other hoppers.

I love your necklaces! These kit colors were great. You chose perfect focals to go with the beads. The first necklace is my favorite - so soft and pretty!
ReplyDeleteYour necklaces are lovely. I rarely remember to take a before picture too, I think I get excited looking at the beads :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Shai, All three of your necklaces are beautiful. They fit the theme of gentle spring very well. The third one is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteExcellent job, Shaiha! Three beautiful necklaces. I can't pick a favorite - I would wear them all. Thanks for being in the hop!
